As Poland's conventional agricultural sector moves toward large-scale monocultures, a counter-movement promoting sustainable practices is gaining traction. The Grzybow Ecological Folk High School, the only institution of its kind in Poland, provides intensive training in agroecology and direct marketing techniques to students, with a notably high enrollment of women.
