Refund Policy

1. Overview
Rundown offers both free and paid subscription plans. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for paid subscriptions purchased through our payment processor, Paddle.
2. Subscriptions and Cancellations
All paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through the billing management portal.
- When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to all paid features until the billing period expires.
- After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
3. Refund Eligibility
Since Rundown provides immediate access to paid features upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds for the current billing period. However, we will consider refund requests in the following situations:
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period.
- Service unavailability: If the service was substantially unavailable or non-functional for an extended period during your billing cycle.
- First-time subscribers: If you are unsatisfied with the service within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription, you may request a full refund. This applies only to the first subscription period, not to renewals.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@getrundown.xyz with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The reason for your refund request
- The date of the charge
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, the same refund policy applies. The 7-day refund window applies from the date of payment. After 7 days, you may cancel at any time but will retain access until the end of the annual period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining months of an annual subscription.
7. Free Plan
The Free plan is provided at no charge. No refunds apply to the Free plan as no payment is made.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of paid features after changes constitutes acceptance.
